Over 200 Fruit Plants Planted In Noida’s Sector-122
To expand the green cover in Noida, over 200 fruit saplings were planted in Sector-122 on Saturday. The drive was carried out by digital marketing agency ROI Mantra and I2K2 Networks in collaboration with NGO SOUL and active support of the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) of Sector 122.
During the drive, employees of the two companies planted more than 200 fruit trees in the first phase of the environment sustainability programme.
The tree plantation programme was carried out on `one member, two trees’ basis. More than 100 team member from ROI Mantra and I2K2 Networks came out in full swing to plant trees and contribute to a greener environment.
Amongst the senior leadership, founder Rahul Aggarwal along with Kamleshwar Bhatt and Mukul Gupta from ROI Mantra and a global data hosting services provider I2K2 Networks, Sector-122 RWA Officials and several volunteers of SOUL NGO were present during the initiative.
Special highlight of the event was the presence of under-privileged children from SOUL NGO, for whom it was a great learning experience towards respect for environment.
Pleased with the success of the event, Aggarwal said, “Any change has to start from within. It was good to see so many socially conscious people converge together for a common cause and actively participate in the environmental drive and take the ownership of planting and maintaining trees. This is just a start as ROI Mantra & I2K2 Networks along with SOUL NGO plan to come up with many more activities focusing on the betterment of environment and upliftment of local communities”.
